Shaanxi Huaxing Varistor Factory is an independent key enterprise within the State-Run No. 795 Company. We specialize in electronic ceramics. We are the first one in China to produce zinc oxide varistors, lighting surge arresters and other ceramic products. As a pioneer in varistor industry in China, we also provide production lines to meet the military standard. Our annual volume is about 4,000 million units.

Shaanxi Huaxing Varistor Factory successfully developed varistors in 1972. Presently, we produce five major varistor types: MYG20, MYG02, MYL, MYS, and YW. Of these five types, MYG20 type has been recognized by UL and VDE safety authorities of China. We have reliable production lines and have been certified by ISO9000 for quality and ISO14001 for environment assurance.
